Nubia's Roman Recipe (Aristo helped me write this)

I like dates. Here is my favourite recipe with dates.

'Pistachio Stuffed Dates'

Get dates. Cut carefully with sharp knife and take out the pit.

Make a paste of ground pistachio nuts mixed with a little honey to bind it. Press the pistachio paste into the hollow left by the pit and close the dates again.

Eat them with slices of peach or watermelon for your dessert course.

Alma's Tip: If you slice them width-wise with a sharp knife you get brown and green circular sweets!
